  10. Rum Balls

  12. 1 cup           finely chopped chocolate wafers
  13. 1 1/2 cups      chopped almonds (save 1/2 cup to roll them in)
  14.                 or any combination of crushed nuts
  15. 1 cup           icing sugar
  16. 1 tbsp          cocoa
  17. 2 tbsp          light corn syrup
  18. 1/4 cup         dark rum
  19.  
  20. Combine crumbs, icing sugar, 1 cup of nuts, cocoa, corn syrup and rum and
  21. mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in nuts or dip in chocolate,
  22. sprinkles or whatever. Enjoy.
